Why are your prices lower than other brands?
We sell directly to you, not through department stores, wholesalers, or licensed retailers. Cutting those layers out lets us spend more on the fabric and construction, and less on the journey from factory to wardrobe. The price you see is what good clothing should actually cost when no one in the middle is taking a cut.
Where are your products made?
Each piece is made in the region best suited to the fabric and craft involved. Our linen is woven in Europe, our cashmere is knit in Mongolia, and our organic cotton is grown and milled by partners we have worked with for years. We choose makers for their expertise, not their convenience.
How should I care for my Bonvale piece?
Each piece has a care label inside with specifics for its fabric, and that is always the best place to start. As a general rule: cold machine wash, gentle cycle, similar colours, no fabric softener. Air dry or tumble on low to preserve the fibres. For natural fabrics like linen, cashmere, and cotton, reshape while damp and lay flat to dry.
Are your products authentic?
Every Bonvale piece is designed in-house and produced by the partners we have selected and audited. We do not sell through resellers, marketplaces, or unauthorised third parties. If you bought it from bonvale.com, it is the real thing.
Do you have a store I can visit?
Not at the moment. Keeping the experience online is part of how we keep the prices where they are. If you want to see and feel the fabric before committing, free returns within 30 days of delivery let you order, try, and decide at home.
Do you offer free returns and exchanges?
